Kelli Rawls, Practice Manager
Kelli has worked in veterinary medicine for over 16 years. Her experiences include serving as a Receptionist, Nurse and a Consultant in Practice Management, in which she had the opportunity to mentor doctors on how to utilize their health care team and to build better health care standards in their hospitals. Kelli is very passionate about our health care team being the best at what we do. She believes in providing an environment for our team members to gain as much knowledge as they can to better serve our clients and patients. At work each day, Kelli’s number one goal is to provide exceptional customer service to every client that comes through our door. It is important to Kelli that our clients know that we care about them and want what is best for their companion.
On a personal note, Kelli has a wonderful husband and 4 beautiful daughters that keep her busy from sunrise to sunset; and one handsome son Witten who is a 7-month-old kitten. In Kelli’s “free time”, she enjoys watching her children play sports, spending time with friends and watching Dallas Cowboy football. GO COWBOYS!
Jonna Kettler, Practice Administrator
Jonna is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps Dickinson Animal Hospital & Pet Wellness Center running smoothly from day to day. She manages many supportive roles in the administration of a well-run practice, to support of an outstanding veterinary team you can trust. Jonna and her husband, Dr. Kettler, share a passion for providing excellent pet care for their clients and community. She enjoys the ever-changing and dynamic veterinary profession, and loves to see happy pets!
Jonna is a proud Aggie with a degree in psychology from Texas A&M, and shares her home with her husband, their two wonderful teenage boys, cats- Elvis and Gumbo, and dogs- Hondo and Darcy.
Chi Chi The Charming Chihuahua
I have been strolling the hallways at DAH & PWC for the past 11 years. My work week consists of Tuesday through Friday. Yes, they give me weekends off! You can always count on a visit from me when you come to our hospital. I love to mingle with you during your pet's exam and I especially love the treats that all my human friends give me throughout the day. I take catnaps during my long day at work, but I always know when a new patient has been put in a room. Please say hi and scratch my back the next time to see me at DAH!
