We always see emergencies as soon as they come in. We don’t make you wait in the lobby with your pet, and we don’t ask you to make an appointment or fill out a number of forms. We’ll get to the paperwork later. But, if it’s possible for you, call ahead and let us know the situation. That way, we can prepare for your arrival.
Our veterinarians and staff are well trained to recognize and address which situations are emergencies and need immediate attention. Our doctors and staff will also communicate clearly to you your pet’s condition the moment he or she is stable. There’s no need for stressful guessing and speculation in the waiting room; we’ll have the facts for you.
After our regular hours, we use the services of a local, fully staffed emergency center just minutes from our hospital.
