A Note About COVID-19
Due to changing national, state, and local guidelines, starting on Tuesday, March 24 we will move exclusively to client check-in from the parking lot and transfer of pets to our staff at the front door. Our veterinary hospital is part of the health care network and is classified as an essential business to remain open throughout “stay at home” directives.
We will continue to provide outpatient services with the protocol described below, still by appointment time to minimize congestion and shorten wait times. Our hours of operation continue to be Monday-Friday 7 am-6 pm, Sat 8 am -2 pm.
We are offering more “drop off” slots in our appointment schedule to allow clients to drop pets off, return home, then come back later when the pet is ready to go home. You also have the option to wait in your car while we treat your pet. Please specify during check-in whether you will be leaving or waiting in the parking lot.
We will continue to see walk-ins and emergencies, again following the same check-in and exam protocols.
**We ask that all clients wait at the door to be assisted by one of our health care team members.
