Perla joined our team in August of 2022. She started her career in veterinary medicine in 2018 as a veterinary assistant, she then became a Kennel Technician in 2019 at a dog training facility to explore that career choice, she learned all about dog behavior and trained them for basic behavioral problems. Despite her small size she learned to handle everything from Dachshunds to Dogo Argentino and other large breeds!

When she is not working Perla enjoys going on long walks with her dog Blackie and her husband! Although Perla is proficient in Spanish and English she also enjoys improving her Thai!
